Monday 1/30/12 - CBS Repeats Edge FOX Originals
Despite rolling out a Monday night lineup of all repeats, CBS still managed to garner the largest A18-49 audience last night with its combination of How I Met Your Mother (2.32 A18-49 Live Rating), 2 Broke Girls (2.53), Two and a Half Men (2.82), Mike & Molly (2.19) and Hawaii Five-O (1.71).
Trailing CBS by 7% with A18-49 viewers, FOX landed second with its original airings of House (1.99) and Alcatraz (2.15). Though the programs experienced declines of 6% and 11%, respectively, from last week, the network still bested ABC's two-hour episode of The Bachelor (1.91) and repeat of Castle (1.31), with the reality program holding steady among A18-49 from a week ago.
Fueled by new episodes of American Pickers (1.79) at 9pm and Pawn Stars at 10pm (2.08) and 10:30pm (2.12), History drew the largest A18-49 cable viewership, while also placing ahead of Univision's series premiere of El Talisman (1.59) and original airings of La Que No Podia Amar (1.93) and Don Francisco Presenta (1.24).
An 8pm airing of acquired series, NCIS (0.90), and two-hour broadcast of WWE Monday Night Raw (1.80) reported the second largest A18-49 cable audience for USA and landed the network sixth overall for the night, ahead of both NBC and The CW.
Opening the evening with the first season finale of Who's Still Standing (1.63) at 8pm, which held steady from a week ago among A18-49, NBC finished the night with a repeat of Fear Factor (1.45) and original airing of Rock Center with Brian Williams (0.71), the latter of which dropped 51% from last week's two-hour edition featuring the Republican Presidential Candidates.
Though continuing to trail its broadcast counterparts significantly, The CW experienced a jump of 18% with A18-49 viewers from a week ago as the network's latest airings of Gossip Girl (0.47) at 8pm and Hart of Dixie (0.48) at 9pm improved 24% and 14%, respectively, among A18-49 viewers.
