NBC: Quality...Upscale...Programming

NBC opened their meeting touting their roster of Quality..Upscale Programming.

As they move into this development season, NBC has adopted the philosophy to, "First be best and then be First." The network realizes that they are still on the road to improvement and that this goal will not be achieved overnight but over several seasons as they add to and improve their schedules.
